Joanne joined Heathrow in August 2023, bringing extensive experience in communications and engagement following a career agency side – from designing and delivering strategic campaigns to creating immersive purposeful experiences. Joanne leads Channels within Heathrow’s Internal Communications team, with a focus on empowering a connection between leaders and colleagues, promoting Heathrow’s colleague proposition and championing the corporate strategy through an effective internal channels matrix.
