Born and raised in Germany, with Turkish roots, she is the Director of People & Culture at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, where she’s been instrumental since the hotel’s pre-opening in 2022. With over 20 years of experience in the Hotel industry, she brings a deep passion for luxury hospitality, dedicated to creating an inspiring and supportive work environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered to grow. A proud mother of two young girls, she successfully balances the demands of a thriving career with the joys of family life, always finding time to cherish life’s adventures and explore new experiences with loved ones.
